MAP Real Estate, Inc. was established in 1986 by Michael A. Pink and Sharon Porter to exclusively represent businesses and organizations seeking office space in downtown Chicago and the suburbs. At MAP you work directly with company principals who are your guides through the process. We are committed to understanding your needs and helping you understand your best options. Our overriding goal is to create the necessary leverage in the market to get you the best deal on the commercial space you want.

In 1995, MAP pioneered a philanthropic approach to business development, which attracted socially conscious clients and made MAP feel great about doing business doing good. The practice was so successful that in 2007 MAP founded Investing In Communities®, a nonprofit social enterprise, to scale its idea of client-directed, broker-funded philanthropy. IIC enables individuals and companies to support the charity of their choice, at no expense, when they have a brokered real estate transaction anywhere in the country. MAP has since, contributed over $450,000 of its commissions to its clients’ favorite nonprofits through IIC®.

If your business or organization is looking for new office space or planning to renew an existing lease, you need allies. You need experts. You need MAP Real Estate, Inc.

MAP’s principals are licensed by the State of Illinois and are members of the National, Illinois, and Chicago Association of REALTORS®.
