Since its creation in 1995, Investing In Communities has
helped channel over $275,000 in contributions to more than
50 non-profit organizations.
Originally IIC was solely a Program available through MAP
Real Estate. In 2007 the principals of MAP felt that non-profits
could benefit even more if there were more real estate
transaction opportunities, commercial and residential, that
could generate givebacks to the organization. So other
qualified and recognized real estate professionals were invited
to make IIC available to their clients.
